This is Rosalind and her very well kept Mk1 Pajero.
Rosalind’s been very kind in letting me publish these excellent photos. Have a close look and see how good this Paj looks. Seems like a minter to me!
Quite a few photos to enjoy here.
Tony emailed me to share his experiences of Pajero ownership a while back. He’s been kind enough to let me publish it here.
Possibly the biggest problem us Pajero owners have at this time of year is cold starting, so it’s interesting to hear what Tony’s done to try and fix this.
Rather than edit, I’ll let Tony tell you all about his Pajero in his own words:
We’ve had the first real snowfall in my part of the world today and whilst it’s not very serious, it felt good to have that four wheel drive underneath me.
One thing that did bother me today though was that the beast didn’t start first time. Bit worrying as she usually does, no matter how cold it is. The on-board thermometer was showing -2 degrees C at the time, so not especially cold, but it took two goes on the ignition. Then she was fine.
I’ve seen this silver beauty somewhere before, but not sure where. I’d love to know more about it if anyone has any info on it.
Haven’t a clue what this bloke is talking about, but it’s a nice film of a very meaty Mk4. (OK, so it’s a Shogun!!!)
Here’s a brand new Mk4 waiting in some Japanese parking lot. Cool truck these Mk4’s but that parking mirror looks way stupid! It’s worse then the one on mine.
Hong Kong Fire Services Department use this rather lovely Mk3 Pajero as a forward command car presumably for senior fire service people to direct operations.
