When I was looking at buying my Pajero I had a quick look in the toolkit that’s attached to the back door. From the bit of reading I’d done I knew that there were often bits missing when people buy the trucks. Mine was no exception, with as far as I could tell just the one tool missing although it turned out to be two.
As part of the alterations to the appearance of my Pajero I’ve decided to do away with the bullbar and attached fog lights. I thought about this a lot as it is a nice bullbar and the fogs are also pretty cool, original Mitsubishi ones. But, it’s not really the look I’m after so they had to go.
When I was looking around for a Mitsubishi Pajero to buy I had an idea in my mind about how the ideal truck would look (as well as lots of other criteria). My favourites to look at were Short Wheel Base, all one colour and (how can I put this?) tough looking. I loved the one-coloured, grey models (gun metal grey?) that I’d seen with a minimum of bling. By bling I mean anything shiny and unnecessary that could make the car look a bit girly and non-off-road-like.
